I have it and it works great. Very clear picture, get SD & HD over the air and very crisp pictures from my (non-HD) satellite dish.

It comes with a POS antenna, so unless you live less than 15 miles from the broadcasting tower, you're going to get a jittery picture.

The antenna is not that great and work ok for most stations. This depends on how far you are from the tv stations.
The quality is great. I use it with mythtv in a ubuntu feisty box. The cpu kicks up from idle significantly when the mythtv is playing. I got dual core so this won't tank other programs competing with mythtv.
