I only have KWorld's PCI card.
Software by Microsoft doesn't acknowledge the possiblity of digital TV for cable subscribers, so KWorld included "Total Media" s/w...that was discontinued before Vista came out..so WinXp only for use on cable TV.
But still, others brands have no Cable TV digital channel ability, just analog cable ch 2-99
