      I use this on my htpc. It outputs 1080p no problems. Just make sure you get the latest drivers for your video card / your video card supports the resolution. It should. I'm only running a radeon 7500.

      How would i go about configuring my comp to show on my tv. I tried dvi from my comp to dvi on my lcd, but it didn't work. Im unsure how to configure it. Please can someone give me pointers?

      DVI-HDMI resolution depends on what your TV supports. Some 1080p TVS only support a max PC res of 1600x1200.
