    Ships from overseas, so be prepared to wait a couple weeks.

    Funny how something like this can sold and shipped from Asia for $6, but it would cost me almost $6 just to ship this across the USA.

    I don't get it either. I bought a camera flash shoe cover (basically a piece of plastic the size of a stamp) for $.50, and they shipped it free from Hong Kong. Took about 2 weeks, but? In the past I bought stuff like HDMI cables for a buck each, shipping included, from China.

    It's because Hong Kong et al subsidizes their post office, operating at a loss just so they can generate more export profits. To them, exploiting workers for a penny is a penny gained.

    In the short term it's good for us to get cheap stuff. In the long term... China's public debt is only ~1/3rd of that for the US.
