eBay with xiaohua-fly has a 6-Pack of CR2032 Lithium 3V Button Cell Battery Cells for $1 with free shipping. These are the 3V lithium "coin" batteries typically found in calculators, watches, and legacy electronic devices.

remember you get what you pay for
japan cells are better
Sleeper Cells are better. But Why in the fu ck are they continuing to post this baconnaise. I mean how many fu cking of these do you need?
Links to a five(5)-pack not six, but seller has a ten(10)-pack for $1.87. Seller has a 99.3% positive rating and in a quick check at http://toolhaus.org/ I found only 1 non-specific negative feedback on the 10-pack. You do get what you pay for. They R not Duracell, but at 10 for less than the price of one Duracell ...
Fun fact - those numbers describe the diameter and the thickness of the cell. Two 2016 cells stack up to make a (slightly fat) 2032, for example. If you have a gadget that stacks two 1.5 volt cells, you can substitute with one thicker 3 volt cell and get double the battery life.
I'm guessing 20mm x 1.6mm etc.

Hey you left your xiaohua-fly open.
While that seems good #4 and is true, it's unlikely you'll find a 3V lithium cell that's small enough in diameter to fit yet the same height as the two stacked 1.5V cells you're replacing. In other words lithium cells tend to have an equal or higher width to height ratio already, except special purpose cells for cameras, flashlights, etc which aren't called button cells and then in devices that wouldn't have been using two 1.5V cells before the swap.
