#45: Why can't you people find a Wii? I've neer seen them NOT in stock at local stores (except during December). Maybe it is because I live in Microsoft Country, but I'm thinking it is because you're all lazy asses who don't know where to look.

I don't get you guys.. I went to my local gamestop, and I bought one for myself, and I saw a guy buy two more. Then 5 months later. I went to nintendo world in nyc at 11:40 AM and picked up another one. Saw 40 boxes left.

#47, are you kidding? AF, and all. I'm in Boulder County (People's Republic) and Wii's are notoriously hard to find here. Just check denver.craigslist to find out how strong the Wii aftermarket is here as an indication of retail availability.

#49, seriously. Where are you looking? The little mall shops like gamestop or maybe Toys R Us and Best Buy? Those guys are going to sell out fairly quickly.
We have a local chain here called Fred Meyer that is like a weak version of wal mart. They always have some in stock (I check the AV section occasionaly when I buy groceries to see if they have any good clearance games). The last 4 or 5 trips to my local wal mart were the same. Wal Mart even had 10+ boxes of Rock Band on a Sat the week before xmas.
Also, call around. Find out when the delivery days are. Don't forget to try Costco and/or Sam's. Maybe Target? (Does K Mart sell video games?)

#51: First, i'm looking for $250 wii's, not bundles. Even online those are basically unavailable. Locally, i call/shop Target, Sears, Costco, etc, all sell out within hours, if not minutes. We still have lines outside Target when they get the odd dozen wii's.
Search craigslist for "boulder wii receipt" and see the market for wii profiteers here. Call Target and ask them about the Wii, and why you can't just walk in and buy one.
