I've read bad reviews for this. However, I bought mine 3 years ago, and it still works great!

Yeah, their quality a few years ago was pretty good. I ordered one last year, after changing my address, and it lasted <6 months before the rubber pad inside (that is the actual address stamping pad) came loose from the mechanism, and made it useless (it was so messy that I didn't feel it was worth the effort to try to glue it back on....and it shouldn't have fallen off in the first place, imho).
Sadly, it just appears that their quality control has slipped, or their materials are garbage now, which doesn't surprise me, since the cost hasn't gone up with inflation (which should mean the value of the materials has slipped). Might have been an isolated situation, but I won't waste my money on another one.

It's a total waste of money....
I used mine for 3 times and it ran out of ink...
The customer service is horrible too - he said I'm supposed to order ink refill with the stamp.
