Good price on this. I have one and it's too loud at full speed. Get yourself a fan controller or use a MB that has PWM with a 4-pin connector so it can throttle down the speed automatically.

I had one of these on my Athon 2400 (original) and the mounting bracket sheared the plastic tabs off the mounting ring on the mobo. Great heatsink and IMO, very quiet, but beware of mounting it with the plastic tabs on the ring around the CPU if that's how your board mounts it. If I had a board/CPU that used screws or some other scheme, I'd recommend this entirely.
