BAD DEAL THIS IS FOR THE SLIM CASE NOT THE MINI TOWER SHOWN
THIS SLIM ONE IS VERY HARD TO UPGRADE OR EVEN ADD A EXTRA HD

Yes, #1, but this is Dell's small business line. Small businesses rarely upgrade. They just buy new ones when absolutely necessary for something better.

It also only comes with 1 GB ram, not 2 GB as advertised. Nice job Ben, you struck out on this one!!
