#1: actually, you're right. ClubIT has an excellent reputation. If you look on resellerratings.com, ClubIT has a rating of 9.75 out of 10. To compare, that's a higher lifetime rating than newegg, buy.com, zipzoomfly, dell, eaglebit, circuit city, compUSA, TigerDirect, Best Buy, or just about any other store listed on bensbargains. Also, for this high rating, resellerratings.com awarded them the Platinum Plus Customer Satisfaction Award.
Also, I've bought quite a few items from ClubIT before, and never had a problem.

I purchased a Gigabyte 780G from ClubIT since no other retailers had it in stock at the time. It was quick & easy, and they were very reliable. If I were to buy from them, I would lump them in the same category as any of the other big e-tailers.
