    To clarify what #3 is getting at: Blue Cash tiers their cash back structure so that you get 5% in certain categories after spending $6500 on the card in a year. For most 20-somethings, it's tough to spend $6500 on gas/groceries/drugstores in a year.

    I think the 6,500 limit is combined for supermarket and everything else purchases.
