With a name like Shaker I would have figured it was chargeable through shaking...like my watch.

Waiting for someone to tell me how this is better than an iPod...

Is this a bongo drum?

I got these for three preschool kids and they work well. They have a speaker on top that produces a clear sound. There is no display and you can only navigate forward and backward though the song list. I would recommend that you don't put too many songs on it, which shouldn't be a problem for kids since they can listen to one song all day and not get bored with it. (That's when the parents wish it didn't have a speaker)

I believe this vendor sold them for $11.99 a few months ago though its not reflected in Ben's history graph.

The one that sold for $12 a fews weeks ago was the 512mb version, and was blue. In addition the speaker, it also has two headphone jacks.

One shake, you fine, two shakes you playing with yourself. That's the rule.

Since this is red, it might suggest m0f0 is thinking about buying this.

No one shakes it like Grandma does!
