Has anyone order this from them? I was wondering if they received ones that were made in Japan.

i have ordered the 2gb and 4gb kingston micro w/adapter versions from buy.com. they are all marked "China". But, anything that kingston makes has a good warranty and very reliable in my experience. buy.com is also a good place to buy from. no problems on that side either. An aside: with ANY flash card -- u should always format it in the device that u will be using it in before u put any data on it. this tends to prevent data corruption, especially in digital cameras.

whats the diff with china and japan? Build quality? My china made kingston works well on my Japan made Nintendo DS lite.

I read some complaints on Amazon.com that these Kingston cards don't work in all cell phones. Don't ask me why.

To be safe, I ordered a 2GB SanDisk micro SD card instead.
