I have this cooler so far its been great made of heavy duty aluminum, fans are not too loud, very sturdy and the tilt is good

And to boot it blows cool air onto your laptop so it doesn't work against the cooling fans in most laptops - kickass. Plus since they are standard 60mm fans, you can replace them if one fails.

I was under the impression that these cooling pads were useless and worked only because you had the bottom of the lapotop propped up a bit.
