Last time I bought a DVR from them, it was listed as "New", they sent a refurbished one. When I asked for the return, they wanted me to pay the shipping charge for their mistake. They didn't want to correct their mistake. They didn't have any one of those in stock [ new], even then it was listed as "In stock" and "new". I finally disputed the whole amount I paid. I do not like to deal with them. Anyone has a good experience ?
