My motherboard has a dvi output, and I ahve a dvi to HDMI cable... will it be sufficient to output 1080p signal with this Blue-ray drive or do I need a video card with HDMI out?

Is this a better deal from Mwave?
http://www.mwave.com/mwave/Skusearch.hmx?
Mwave Part Number: AA72426 for the search box.
