I've had more problems with this stuff. I've already have 4G in my machine in 4 different sticks. All Ballistix, two have led's and two do not. The LED versions have already failed twice and it looks like one stick died again over the weekend.
I have not overclocked the memory. This memory does have to run at 2.2V which is the only thing I change.

I have 4GB (2x2) of this memory. They are running great. One thing, do not run this at 2.2v. I find they are working well less than 2.0v.

I had some PC-8000 (DDR2-1000) Ballistix tracers run for about 10 months then one stick started to give memtest errors. Luckily for me, Newegg decided to refund me back the full purchase price which at the time I paid for them was an astonishing $350 for 2 GB.....that was just a year and a half ago. Prices drop quick. Anyways I have 4x1 GB PC-1066 now and they've been running fine since October @ 2.2 volts....but I won't bet my car on it lasting a few years....
