iPrint.com has a free basic self-inking address stamp for free + $3.79 shipping. Free shipping on orders over $50. They will try to get you to purchase upgrades, accessories, etc, but you don't have to. Many new address stamp templates have been added.

The stamp pad doesn't apply ink very evenly and runs out fairly quickly. You get what you pay for, I suppose.

I've had one of these from iPrint for a couple years now and it still works fine. (Also the ink pad is replaceable, but I haven't needed to yet.)

yeah, these used be good. i've gotten three; the first one still works fine, but the second and third have crapped out. the adhesive that keeps the custom mold to the stamper thing is weak now so it falls off after a few months and there's no easy way to re-glue it back on.
