Does ther ebate only show up when I "place order"? I input store pick up and updated my shopping cart, and no rebate was reflected.

the rebate is listed on their rebate site, so it is valid even if it does not show up with the product

Ben is right, comes up at 80 bux in cart when you select a local store for pickup. to do that, just click on "view cart" on the left, choose the in store pickup radial button, choose your store of choice, then click continue shopping. search for JBL on stage II and it will come up at 79.99. The $50 rebate is for the same sku number so that should work just fine as well.
