Sound quality is fine but they hurt your ears, tried them for a few days and the pain didn't go away so I returned them and got some Sony XDRMD400's instead.

Mic sucks on these Plantronics headphones too. The Sony headphones I got didn't have a mic though so I got a external omnidirectional mic, very cheap but works suprisingly well. Just bear in mind it picks up alot of background noise too.
