Screw Blockbuster, go with Netflix...I'm a Blockbuster member now but they keep doing stupid stuff to their customers...They will change your policy and raise your rates...Their customer service sucks...I'm one more of there screwups away from quitting and switching myself...(insert many inexplicable words here)

Getting even sounds good #2, if only I could keep 1 or 2 people from signing up or maybe even convince someone to quit, my work would be done for the day...

#1, don't get mad... get even. Abuse Blockbuster's lenient policy of free trials. Sign up for a free month and cancel at the end of the trial. Then simply wash, rinse, repeat. I agree that Blockbuster's customer service sucks and the way they have always treated their customers is a shame... so take advantage of them until they run out of business and Netflix is the only one around which will allow Netflix to start charging $50/month for their 1 DVD at a time service. Then we can all go back to downloading our movies and put Netflix outta business also. It'll be great!

ha.. Run em all out of business. Blockbuster sucks. Netflix allows you to have multiple queus on one account.

2 DVDs per month for $10? That's $5 a rental. What a deal!

Netflix is much better. They have almost every movie I could ever think of and they never try to screw me.

#5, you must not rent much from them because once you start renting ~15+ movies per month they will start to throttle your sorry ass. So, you may not think they are screwing you, but you are definitely getting screwed just by paying for their service.

This is cheaper than see a movie.

Actually, with Netflix and their new Roku movie streamer thing, all you need is a Neuros OSD or a video card set up to capture from the output to back up your movies. If i remember correctly, you can stream as many movies as you want as long as you have the $100 box and a plan at 9.99 or above. So just use that to leech your movies and back them up to a drive. That way, you can avoid usage throttling and have a verbatim digital copy of everything.

#6, throttling is a necessity. Without it Netflix and other online video rental places would lose money on customers that return movies quickly.

#8, that's a good way to get Netflix to start throttling their instant viewing option.

#9, if throttling is a "necessity" to save money then they are falsely advertising "unlimited" service. Netflix is perfectly happy with the hundreds of people that rent maybe 3 movies per month, but as soon as someone actually makes their money's worth with the service, they got throttled by Netflix. So, defending their actions is retarded. Either it's unlimited or it's not. With Netflix, it is not.

Haha, well I send off my movies the day after I receive them and they get them the next day and send out my new movies. Considering I have been a customer for 2 years, this basically proves your an idiot or someone doesn't like you.
