The same money will buy you a full height (18") air mattress with memory foam on top from walmart. Absolutely smooth top surface, and easy to get onto and off of. While sides are not relieved to tuck a contour sheet under, bed is covered with grippy surface that seems to work ok. We spent a weekend with it and the bottom sheet stayed in place three nights. Comes with electric pump/vacuum.
