#3 And it not that much to write about unless you intend to power very high res panel. If you what similar performance to this a 8800GTS 512Mb is similarly capable $20-30 less.

in another week or so the gtx260 will be out for around $400, so they are trying to sell out all their inventories to suckers...

Not so great a price compared to normal newegg prices after tax/shipping. In-store pickup would have kinda saved this.

You just got to love Nvidia.... Please Google up "Nvidia's UMAP policy" and see what they are doing to customers.
This has Sherman Act - AntiTrust violations written all through it!
Happy reading especially for my frieind/foe. Dave_c

Just got next month's PC Gamer and they gave the GTX 280 1gb card the highest rating in their history - 97%. Up to 50% faster in some games than the 9800GX2. MSRP only $650!!

only?! that's a rip off. Wait a few months and watch the price plummet. Cool $650 just to play Crysis at max settings... whoopdeedo

#11, When HD4870 will only cost about $350 or lower and GTX260 will be $400 or lower, thier CrossFire and SLi performances will easily surpass GTX 280 and have better C/P ratio. Now only $650?
