We have the sdsc W150 noted above and are very pleased. Virtually no shutter delay and a 5x optical zoom Carl Zeiss lens in a case a tad smaller than the Canon SD line. It also squeezes in a larger 2.7" lcd and an optical viewfinder, which comes in handy for those times when you have the lcd turned off or can't see it due to glare.
