    Why are we still buying light bulbs, anyway? LEDs are cheap as anything, produce more vivid colors, save power, last forever, and don't set things on fire.

    Google "LED Christmas Lights" and buy something.

    #11 - This ain't a douglas fir, either. It's a fake tree, so if it adds "a nice smell to your house", it's probably got one of these.

    #10, you got a point. However, LED lights are 2-3 times the cost of incandescent versions. Ben, 'tis the season for deals on LED Christmas lights.

    Just buy this stuff for 50% off after Christmas. Trees were still in stock (and on clearance) at least a week or two later.

    The great thing about this tree is all the needles fall off it 3 weeks after you set it up.
