I'm not sure this is a "deal"; I seem to recall the same price last year. In fact, I'm pretty sure this price is printed on the side of the box... not a bargain

I wonder how much lead is in this "tree".

prelit trees are great if you want to be lazy with the lighting
but as soon as one of those bulbs goes out and an entire strand goes down.. you end up getting so frustrated, that you run your own sets of lights anyways!

btw.. christmas trees are much cheaper shortly after christmas Wink

Last year, I bought a similar prelit from Walmart and had no troubles. Also, they take stuff back without question if you are unhappy.

Good call #6. I return my tree every year at the end of December.

This will give these away after Christmas.

WalMart always blows out the leftover chinese junk in the garden section after christmas.

Our tree was $150 normal and I picked it up in January for $15 (90% off)

#4 is right, if one of the bulbs go out you've basically got a pre-lit tree that you end up having to put light on anyway. My parents pre-lit tree had this problem.

Who wants a plastic smelling tree?

Anyway, wait until after the holidays, you will see these for 1/4 of this price.

I've seen these in the store. This is the everyday price. They look nice and if one bulb burns out the rest will stay lit.

Been looking for a better deal on a prelit tree and the best I've found is Home Depot for $49 on Black Friday. Trying to get one of those big boxes to the front of the store would be a headache on Black Friday
