Again? How many times should I say that this hub supports only USB 1.0 speed? Please stop confusing people with a wrong descrption.
Yes, I too fell for this and sold it on craigslist within 2 hrs for $5 cash. It's only usb 2 compatible at 1.1 speed.
thnx for the warnings! I almost fell for it
It sux, the powered part is only for the flashy lights, it only supports like one or two devices before it locks up.
You can get a 4 port one from Belkin or D-Link for about the same price...

1.0? hm.. no thanks.
I'll take eight and throw them at the misfortunate this holiday season
damn who even needs one these. most motherboards come with more than enough USB ports.
$7 for 7 ports? Can you take away 3 ports and charge me $4?
the led lights are too irritating for me.
Thanks #1.
Shouldn't all 1.1 devices have gone the way of the dodo by now?
I want to express the same thing. Do not buy this product, it completely stopped working on me in less than 2 days.
I bought this. The lights are annoying and it's only 1 Skip.
A total POS. I installed this a couple of weeks ago and just threw it in the trash yesterday. Some of the time, my PC couldn't find the hub; most of the time, it couldn't find devices that were plugged into the hub. On a few occasions, it worked for some devices but stopped working randomly.
Back to name brands and paying a few dollars more for something that actually works when I need it to work. Ben, dump this one.
The majority of USB devices still don't work faster than USB 1 Get a grip.
so lame, what a rip off
I have three of these working on different computers.
The blinking light was really annoying so I pried the case apart, twisted the blinking LED with a pliers and replaced the top.
The glow is nice and I don't have any USB 2.0 for for the price they were fine.
