Its a 2 DIN device. A typical car radio would be 1 DIN some of the cars like my old honda had a 1 DIN radio with a "storage" box underneath which could be pulled and replaced with a 2 DIN device. What kind of car do you want to put in?

Any video feature would be illegal to use while driving, I would guess.

typically there is a screen enable switch hooked up to the e-brake circuit so when that is engaged the screen will be on, but while it's disengaged the screen is off... all you need to do to defeat this is ground out the e-brake circuit wire.

If you need to know what size your factory stereo is Crutchfield has a nice tool for that.

    http://www.crutchfield.com/cgi-bin/autoinfo/autoinfo.asp?lp=%2fapp%2fCar%2fMyCar.aspx

I think most Toyota's have a double DIN Stereo.

I wouldn't recommend this unit it looks very cheaply made.

If it ran windows it would be worth a look. With all the Atom based stuff I'm surprised no one has done any yet. Could then cheaply add GPS and many other useful things.
