If you must buy something from AT&T - and I don't recommend that - at least take a look at the other prepaid phones they're offering. For very little more, you can find one that gets better reviews and has more features. But if you still insist on this phone for some reason, keep in mind that $10 is the regular price for a refurbished version and not something you have to jump on right away.

the target audience for this phone spends their money on colt 45 (maybe some mad dog 20/20 once in a while) and kool cigs, they need the least expensive phone possible
