Not really universally cheaper (may be $5 for Asus), but definitely a better buy than GTX. It seems AMD is kicking some serious butt

Notice: Radeon still makes some AGP cards including the HD3850.
Also notice: rest of the article is way off in comparison to bensbargain prices, but still supports the 4850/4870 right now as everyone else does.
