toys r us sucks, anyway. Their site and their warehouses aren't connected (like Deep Discount's). So they'll 'sell' everything and just cancel the orders they can't fulfill weeks later. I don't bother with either, anymore.

sometimes they just don't send you the item. that happened me when i tried to buy wii before. i got a notice and order number but did not get the item. so i called them and they said sorry we're out of stock, and that was it.
