I bought 2 of these rafts to go down the Rogue River in Oregon. They are very cheap quality and tear pretty easily. I had to throw them away.

If however you do someday get the urge to venture outside, I suggest starting with a guided tubing trip and work your way up.
The mere suggestion that a $30 WallMark boat would be useful for anything other than a swimming pool is heresy.
