iPrint.com has a free basic self-inking address stamp for free + $3.79 shipping. Free shipping on orders over $50. They will try to get you to purchase upgrades, accessories, etc, but you don't have to. Many new address stamp templates have been added.

Last time I got five of them free... it's tricky, but you can keep adding them to your cart and then changing the text. You should be able to get as many as you need for $4 shipping on the whole lot.
