Frys = Circuit City = Best Buy, in California. I've never seen them in any other state.

I'd try to get somewhere where you could see it side by side with the Panasonic 42 720p plasma. Of course if it's in a store's showroom they usually have the sets adjusted so the ones with a higher profit margin look better. I don't see how it could beat the picture on the Panny which has been available for somewhere near this price, at least when they were offering a $200 installation rebate.
