#2, they're both microwaves. BT (especially this class) is just a lot less powerful than a cell phone is.
Of course, as it's non-ionizing radiation anyway, it's not really going to hurt your brain. Your body is pretty good about dissipating heat, which is all this would cause. Your eyes are a slightly different story, but it's really just not enough power to matter.

I highly recommend this device. check out myblueant.com. It is the most comfortable BT headset that has its own noise canceling technology. Keep in mind, there are those who will say the jawbone is great, but I choose not to look like a dork, even if you consider the new version!

I am currently using the Z9 and find it to perform the best of the 3 I own (jawbone 1st gen, motorola 500). This is the smallest by far - not quite 1/2 the size of the jawbone and the sound quality is very good (as good as the jawbone). Battery life is surprisingly good from such a small unit and it syncs easily with my blackberry 8800 and my wife's moto pebl. Only dislike is the proprietary charger makes it cumbersome as you can't use the increasingly standard connection that most smartphones and cell phones have (same issue with jawbone).
Oh, and as #5 pointed out, it has a "low key" look when using it compared to almost any other.
