I was refused a rebate from an OD purchase a couple of years ago. Called them and they sent me a gift certificate for the amount of the rebate.

Never again...

Like most people, I'm no fan of rebates. But I would imagine that as long as you send-in for the rebate within the time-frame limitation, and make a copy of everything you send in (very important), you will get your money. I rarely buy anything from OD that involves a rebate.. but when I have I have recieved the check as per normal. My 2 cents.

i once bought an acer monitor and office depot took forever to send a $70 dollar rebate. To my surprise though after finally sending me the check after a few months, they sent me another check after about a week. SO i actually got the monitor dirt cheap. This just proves OD has a lot of internal problems.

I have always rx my rebates from them, but they are slow...
