Super noisy. Tiny 80mm fan always spims at close to full speed even at idle load. I have an amd 4400 X2 at a miserly 65 watt and an ati 4850. Nothing overclocked. A friend of mine has the same problem.
Great build quality though. Would trust it 100% on a server that I would'nt sit by all day.

This is a good budget power supply. It's made by FSP, and, like many FSP power supplies, it has fairly high ripple. However, in testing at [H] Enthusiast, the ripple never exceeded ATX specs. If you can stand the loud fan, this is a fine budget power supply to get.
