I looked up a Westinghouse a while ago and it seems like the firmware was the problem, all the reviewers who updated were pleased. It might have been this model...

Pretty much. there are several versions of refurbished though so it's worth doing your homework first.

I got one of these several months ago and it works fine. None of the problems with firmware, etc.
