AVOID Buy.com iPod refurbs. Seriously.

I was gonna get the 4GB version from Apple Store but they had the audacity to try to charge me 7% sales tax in Florida.

So I ended up getting this one from Buy.Com

Hope everything turns out okay. Im really taking a gamble on this 60 day warranty from Buy.Com versus the 1 year warranty from Apple Store.
