In for one. Can't find this in brick and mortar stores anywhere around here.

Seriously? Must be a regional thing

I wouldn't be surprised. I've checked every major retailer around here (Indianapolis) on their individual ship dates and either they didn't get any or they were sold out within an hour of opening.

Can't get there much earlier without totally ruining my schedule, heh.

My only memorable experience in Indianapolis was the dump that I took when I pulled over on highway 40.

This explains why you hate coyote so much. While you were taking a dump a hungry coyote attacked you from behind and ripped the balls with its teeth. When your parents went after the coyote and ran it over, they discovered that your nuts were too badly chewed up to be repaired. This was the classic scenario in which hunter became the hunted.

Because it's free shipping. This would've been great a few weeks ago when I purchased mine. It's still very hard to find Mario Kart at the local retailers here in Northern Cali.

I've seen these for around $100 on craigslist in the philadelphia area. Outages are definitely around.

The wheel is fun and all, but it's actually easier to just to use the wiimote. All you're doing is adding more junk to your steering.

Mario Kart for N64 was the greatest game of all time. I guess now I am going to have to get a Wii.

Sam's Club is a great place to get these WHEN they have them in stock. $46.88.
Yes, availability does seem to be a regional thing. I know in some areas, Wiis, Fit, & other games are constantly on the shelves... here in NorCal, most stores sell out very quickly when they get them.

No worries getting this in Virginia. I'm sure we can work out an "arrangement" if you really need this....

using the wheel sucks. best way to drive is to use the classic controller.

why are these still in low supply? how the hell has nintendo not figured out how to ramp up production on a game on a dvd and a cheap plastic wheel? the wii and wiifit i might understand since they have doodads and doohickeys on the inside - but this? where is john stossel or nell carter when one needs to be given a break?

I agree with you Jsbusman. The N64 version was the greatest of the lot.
