Apparently, I'm a bit slow this Friday morning. I wasn't ready to make that joke until #5 and after the deal was already dead. Of course, with a Ben deal, it may have been DOA.

You can use a Jig saw, first you will need to drill a hole to get the jig saw started.

Completely agree with No. 9. It seems like a lot of the Sears deals end up like this or else involve some other hassle. I'm getting less and less willing to bother with them.
