Vosky skype stuff is garbage. Just before a the warranty ended, the dumb, useless support told me that maybe it was a hardware problem (yeah, the whole design is flawed) and exchanged it for a new unit. I sold it on Amazon which netted a profit, but only if you don't count the time and aggravation I had hoping they might one day support the product.
Oh yeah, they have a bbs and fill it with schills, purging the tons of serious negative comments that users post.
