This is bait and switch. I just bought a Kodak 1033 from a earlier deal Ben posted. Even though Paypal said "your purchase might qualify for rebate" I did not see any indication regarding that after submitting the order. When I inquired about this, Paypal said it is valid only for "signature based transactions" I have no idea wtf is that. Now I have to find out from OM if I can return that at all. I never liked Paypal .. here is one more reason to avoid them.

Paypal gave me a 10% discount for ebay but I could not got it to work. I complaint to both ebay and Paypal but they are useless.
I end up didn't pay for my ebay bid and ebay never follow me.
I wrote to them and tell them they gave me a 10% coupon that didn't work and it was false advertising!

yeah, i just tried to buy this deal and got nowhere, there is no place to enter any kind of promo code and paypal does not automatically deduct the 25%. you are stuck paying $150. paypal customer service is horrible. theres a reason they don't give you a phone number.
