Their basic service is $5/month with 1 out at a time (2 max per month). Service will be quick if you live near one of their distribution centers. They also offer unlimited DVD streaming to your PC with the $9+ plans.

Yes #3 it includes them. They have about 500 titles. I have no idea how many that is with respect to how many exist (e if 500 is a good number or a suck number.)
