other thoughts. msi also does not honor their rebate. bought a vga and a motherboard from them. i never got any rebate (they said they have issued it and gave me the date.) i doubt both of them will be lost in the mail.

Absolutely right, #2. The problem here is REBATE. Pass it, good deal though.

I got one of these (looks like the same one) with a company logo on it as a give away and it is ok, but did not come with any cables and it was usb 1

They will not give u rebates.
