Skip this and get yourself the 4GB Sansa Fuze instead, for only $9 more. It has a microSD card slot so you can expand.

Have Gen 1 of this, plays 3 seconds then screeches. Don't even waste your time with tech support, they closed my case instead of escalating after over an hour on the phone. What a piece of crap. $35 wasted, and its not even heavy enough to make a paperweight out of!

My wife has the 2 GB version and it's been pretty good. She broke the clip but I think it got stepped on so it's not a big surprise.

Got two of these's for my boys (10yr) they've had not problem one... They sound pretty darn nice with quality buds. They'll listen to the radio and record music they like. Then they say can we download this...

I was thinking about getting a new player I could take to the gym. Looked through a good number of them but took a pick Sansa Clip. It's light and easily clips to the clothes, sounds good and is quickly navigated.
