Can't get it to work either. They may credit you after you make your purchase, but I don't quite trust that scenario.

Not quite sure how I got it to work.. Went through the checkout procedure the first time til I got to the paypal page that was going to charge the normal amount. Backed out of that until I got to the homepage. Towards the top of the homepage, there is a link advertising the paypal discount. I clicked on the "details". Checked my cart again and the discount was applied. Went through the checkout procedure again and this time all went well. Just recieved confirmation emails from Shoebuy and Paypal showing the correct amount.
