Wow, the brand name they gave it was Large Fan. That website needs to go out of business quickly, or start shaping up. I have high doubts of the possibility of redemption.

Heat is the #1 killer of hard drives. The big fan is a good idea. My experience with cheap fans has been almost always bad. Hopefully they used a good fan.
