i did this with q9450, 4gb ram, 512MB NVIDIA GeForce 9500GS. comes to 750, which I felt was a good price point for the features. Runs quite and pretty cool running. Be warned, very small and cramped case, and adding hard drives is a trick to get sata cables plugged in through the maze of wires inside that get USB, Audio and video to the front panel ports. but that is only a minor annoyance.

FYI, a simple BSEL mod on this with a Q6600 and it runs at 3.0ghz perfectly stable. This will be my 2nd m9300t. Ordered it as a Home Theater PC for my parents.

BSEL mod: http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?t=532207 -I used silver conductive paint from the auto parts store (used to fixed back window heat wires). I dipped a 0.5mm tip screw driver in the paint and slowly drew the line between the two pins. Let dry for 1hr, put back in PC and there you go 3.0ghz @ 1333fsb.

My total came to $650 with the below configuration.
