30GB will allow you to record 4 hours of 1920 x 1080 video or 8 hours of 1440 x 1080 video.
This is a great deal for what you get. You have the option to record to Hard Disk or Blu-Ray. The camcorder also allows you to send a video frame to your SD card as a photo. Image stablization is built in as well for regular zoom and digital zoom.

buy.com bait and switched me. I got the Hitachi without the hard drive. I'm waiting to see if they'll send me the one I ordered. Keep ya'll posted if anything happens or doesn't happen.
